Package 1, 99 € + iva per year
You can post up to15 photos ( Min size, width 400 pixels) and a brief property description in 3 languages, Spanish, English and German. ( limited to 80 words per language), all descriptions and photos are to be supplied by the seller.
Extras.
If required we can translate your text at an additional charge of 12.95 € + iva per translation.
If required a photographer will take the photos for an additional charge of 40 € + iva
A second Se Vende sign(for sale sign) including Postage, 20 € + iva
Package 2, 159 € + iva per year
We will visit your property and take professional photographs, create the description in Spanish, English and German, with up to 15 photos and the descriptions ( limited to 80 words per language) will be posted live on the website.
Additional year 50 € + iva
PROPERTY VIEWING SERVICE
Within these packages our professional staff will view any property on your behalf, (even if not featured on our website) and give you a full and honest written description on each of the properties and their location. We will list all the pros and cons, accompanied by a portfolio of photographs for each object viewed, in so helping you to make an informed decision on whether the property meets your requirements.
